1. The service

Unbound: AI Text RPG is an AI-generated, text-based life simulation game. Every storyline, character, and event is generated by a third-party AI language model (DeepSeek) in response to the actions[...]

2. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required by this App's App Store age rating to use it. The App is not directed at children under 13, and you may not use it if you are under 13.

3. Your input and AI-generated output

• You are responsible for the text you type into the App.
• Do not attempt to use the App to generate sexual content involving minors, real-world instructions for weapons/drugs/self-harm, hate speech, or other content prohibited by our content policy. We[...]
• AI-generated story content is fictional and provided "as is." It is not factual, medical, legal, financial, or safety advice, and should not be relied upon as such.
• Use the in-app "Report" button to flag any AI-generated content you find inappropriate; we review reports to improve our content filtering.

Auto-renewal

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Settings app under [your name] > Subscriptions.

7. Prohibited conduct

• Attempting to extract, reverse-engineer, or abuse the AI system prompts or backend.
• Automating gameplay (bots/scripts) to bypass usage limits or generate content at scale.
• Using the App to harass, defame, or endanger yourself or others.
• Any use that violates applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The App and all AI-generated content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpos[...]

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mark Richard Daoust is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on AI-generated[...]

10. Changes to the App or these Terms

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
